Meet the Founders: Ant, Jack & Leanne
Brighter Mentor Solutions, founded in August 2022 by passionate brothers Ant and Jack, who take an holistic approach to disability mentoring.
Jack, young man with an Honours degree in psychology and experience in WA and the UK, brings an enthusiasm and understanding of humans and their behaviour. Ant, with over 25 years of sector experience, including roles with the Department of Communities and Justice in both WA and the UK, provides a broad perspective.
Both share a vision for high-quality mentoring, committed to a person-centred approach blending best practices with common sense. We centre our mentoring on the individual, valuing unique strengths, goals, and aspirations. Our collaborative mentors empower individuals with disabilities, tailoring their journey to their needs. Meet Leanne, our Quality Officer, and former midwife. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures our services adhere to industry best practices. Her genuine care and empathy enrich our mission.
